My wife is 4.11 and 165 lbs. She ordered a large, and it fits as expected. There are a few different print design options to choose from. She really likes the look of the white and blue dress. She looks good in blue, though white can be a magnet for potential spills. It is soft and flowy material. It is comfortable. The dress curves with her hourglass figure and is very flattering. She is short, so she will have to have it shortened by an inch or so, but this is true of most things that she buys. She is 4.11, so not a surprise. She still recommends this dress.
